1.Clean Clean Clean !!!- through out old clothes, things you don't want anymore. Dust, vaccum, scrub keep busy !if your a teen like me it's great because your mum will be happy and it keeps your thoughts off food ! :) 2.keep drinking lemon water, tea or diet coke/pepsi. personally i like tea and diet coke :) 3. put on music and you can dance to it , or it will just keep you amuzed while you clean 4. make a website of your own :) it will take your mind of food and it is quite fun 5. talk to other pro ana followers. 6. put together a pro ana scrapbook , could have tips , thinspo, low cal foods ...etc 7. get up and do something , you still have fat to burn, don't you ?! |
